Shipping & Handling

Your cakes are handled with utmost care and shipped safely in our bespoke purpose built boxes that ensure your cake survives the rigours of transportation.

We do our very best to process your order promptly and dispatch your cakes by next business day.

Please note : We are unable to ship your order to a P.O. Box. ( Our transport carrier just won't do it sorry!)

Your cakes arrive shrink wrapped on a cake board, ambient and ready to decorate, remove the foam cushion from their packaging and store them in an air tight food storage container or wrap them a few times in food wrap. Unless your home is particularly warm there is no need to store your cakes in the fridge, just keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources and any strong cooking odours that may be absorbed into the cake. For best results if stored in a fridge or freezer please ensure they are well wrapped or in an air-tight container.

Please note: You must remove the foam cushion insert if storing them in their lovely shipping box. (please recycle them at your appropriate local polystyrene recycling centre which can be discovered here)
